Job Responsibilities:
Must be able to code in C in UNIX and SYBASE environment. Gather and
identify precise requirements for the software application Develop,
create, and modify general computer applications software or
specialized utility programs dealing with e-commerce. Design
software or customize software for client use with the aim of
optimizing operational efficiency. Analyze user needs and develop
software solutions. Perform moderately complex tasks that require
limited judgment.
Develop complex application programs in accordance with client’s
requirements. Able to analyze moderately complex user requests,
accurately size the effort, and thoroughly develop the application
with minimal supervision. Assist in developing unit and system test
plans as well as reviewing them. Must be a self starter and quick
learner.
Knowledge/Skills Required
Good understanding of Business and Software Engineering/Development
principles. Must be familiar with working knowledge of UNIX
operating systems and understanding of relational databases and.
Programming experience with C programming language is required. SDLC
experience and effective communication skills is required.

Job Description: The eligible applicant should be able to
perform following duties:
Preparation of journal entries and reconciliations for various accounts and ensure all processes are in compliance with requirements of Sarbanes Oxley.
Work with the Business Unit Controller's group and Capital Markets in the analysis of market conditions impacting the modified and seriously delinquent loan populations, and analysis for new business initiatives.
Provide data analysis around loan modifications on a monthly basis. Research issues through data mining.
Monitor policies and procedures ensuring that all policies are up to date and adhered to and procedures are updated on a regular basis for process changes.
Supporting information needed for reporting and analytics in the SOP03-3 workstream as well as in other loan accounting areas, as needed.
Prepare internal reports including analytics, quality control, and ad hoc analysis.
Provides information monthly to financial reporting, as well as OFHEO, SEC and other stakeholders as requested.
Prepare standard monthly and quarterly reports and evaluate for anomalies. Research issues and prepare documentation for senior management.
Assist in the monthly execution as well as the quarterly execution of the loan disclosures system and preparation of cash flows.
Assist in the concept development of a loan data mart and the automation of the analysis process.
Assist on projects as assigned
